Premium quality, natural, sundried Indian White Pepper is handpicked from specific high range vines in Kerala that are known for producing pepper with high volatile oil content. It is this volatile oil content that gives CRISTA White Pepper the flavour that separates the premium variety from many local inferior and adulterated pepper grades available in the market. The pepper is transported to the factory where it is graded and processed before being freshly machine ground into a powder using our sophisticated hammer crushers and micro pulverisers. The final step is mixing in an automatic GMP blender to achieve the desired texture and consistency.
